I was born in Kentucky, been sweltering in the
Florida heat for the last few years, and made it
back to my home state for a while.

I've held many jobs out of curiosity, boredom,
and the persuit to find something I can tolerate.
Currently, I'm a delivery driver, but have done
such things as cooking, cabinet installing, office
clerk, CNA--just to name a few--as well as some
nursing and computer repair classes.

A few years ago the writing bug came back to me
after being mostly gone for years, and I started
writing as a hobby again. My first completed work
after starting to write again is also my longest to
date, 'Plague', which can be downloaded along
with some other stuff I've put together on my
own. Then I began to wonder if I could write for a
living, which has been a dream of mine since the
age of 12 or so, and got serious about my writing.

Going through my old rejection slips from 'Weird
Tales' and 'Isaac Asimov's Science Fiction &
Fantasy' from when I was 16-19 was also
sobering. If only I'd not stopped writing back
then...

I'm currently working on my second novel 'The
Last Stop' as well as various other things. Have a
say in their progress at www.critiquecircle.com.
